摘　　要：社区作为现代城市管理和社会生活的重要基础单元,是碳排放的重点也是低碳发展的重要载体。在梳理“绿色繁荣”社区的目标与内涵基础上,结合相关技术标准与理论实践,以碳排放核算的视角进行切入,将国际碳排放核算标准中的“范围”概念应用到社区层面,建立社区碳排放的范围分类,识别社区减碳的关键维度,并提出实现绿色繁荣社区的规划设计策略与具体行动,研究结果可为城市、区域乃至国家实现低碳高质量发展目标提供经验借鉴。As an essential unit in modern urban management and social activities,the community serves as a focal point for carbon emissions and low-carbon development.On the basis of sorting out the goal and connotation of'green andthriving'community,integrating relevant technical standards and theoretical practices.Taking a carbon emissions accounting perspectiveto apply the concept of'scope'from international carbon emissions accounting standards to the community level.By establishing a classification of the scope of community carbon emissions,identifying key dimensions for carbon reduction in communities,and proposing planningstrategies for achieving green and thriving communities.The result aims to provide experiential references for cities,regions,and even countries in realizing the low-carbon and high-quality development goals.
