摘　　要：模块化体系以其极高的工业化和预制比率,逐渐成为绿色建筑及工业化建造实践的特色方向。介绍了模块化建筑的发展历程,总结了混凝土模块建筑、钢结构模块建筑和木结构模块建筑主要结构体系,并结合工程实践典型案例分析了各类模块化建筑在结构设计和施工中的关键技术。归纳总结了现有模块化建筑技术标准体系,分析了模块化建筑不同于传统建筑类别所特有的设计、生产、运输、吊装技术特点和发展方向。Modular buildings,with their high degree of industrialization and prefabrication,are gradually becoming a hallmark of green building and industrialized construction.The paper outlines the development history of modular buildings and summarizes the main structural systems of concrete,steel,and wood modular buildings.The technical measures and key factors in structural design and construction are analyzed through typical engineering case studies.Furthermore,it consolidates the existing technical standards for modular buildings and examines the unique characteristics and development directions in design,production,transportation,and hoisting that distinguish modular buildings from traditional types of construction.
