摘 要:基于钢模块建筑的模块单元预制的集成性以及现场施工安装的特殊性,为优化钢模块建筑结构的连接节点设计、减小节点高强度螺栓的规格或数量、提高模块建筑施工的便利性,研究了施工过程对于钢模块结构的连接节点受力及变形的影响。基于实际工程项目,建立2层钢模块框架Abaqus多尺度有限元模型,通过调整不同的荷载及约束施加顺序,分析施工过程对于钢模块高强度螺栓连接节点水平剪力、模块底梁挠度及节点承载能力的影响。同时,结合计算结果提出设计建议,可为实际工程设计及相关规范编制和修订提供参考。In consideration of the integration of module unit processing and the specific requirements of site construction,a study was conducted to optimize the design of steel module building structure joint connections.The aim was to reduce the specification or number of high-strength bolts in joints and enhance the construction convenience for module buildings.The research focused on investigating the impact of construction processes on the force and deformation of steel module structure joints.A multi-scale finite element model using Abaqus was established based on an actual project involving a two-layer steel mold frame.By adjusting load and constraint application sequences,an analysis was carried out to examine how construction processes affect horizontal shear force in high-strength bolted joints,deflection in bottom beams,and joint bearing capacity.Furthermore,design recommendations were proposed based on calculation results to offer guidance for practical engineering design as well as compilation and revision of relevant specifications.
