摘 要:结合近零能耗建筑评价和绿色建筑评价的相关要求,以湖北省某办公建筑节能降碳设计方案为例,通过建立参照建筑和设计建筑能耗模型,从被动式和主动式.节能降碳设计、可再生能源设计方面对比分析了设计建筑的能效指标。经计算分析得出,本项目年单位面积综合能耗低至1649kW·h/m^(2),建筑综合节能率低至73%,体现了良好的高能效、低能耗、低碳排放的效果,可为其他类似项目提供一定的参考和借鉴。Combining the relevant requirements of near-zero-energy building evaluation and green building evaluation,the energy efficiency indicators of the designed building are compared and analysed in terms of passive and active energy-saving and carbon reduction design and renewable energy design by setting up the energy consumption models of the reference building and the designed building as an example of the energy-saving and carbon-reducing design scheme of an office building in Hubei Province.After calculation and analysis,the annual comprehensive energy consumption per unit area of this project is as low as 16.49 kW·h/m^(2),and the comprehensive energy-saving rate of the building is as low as 73%,reflecting the effects of good energy efficiency,low energy consumption and low carbon emissions,which can provide a certain reference and reference for other similar projects.
