摘  要:随着经济的发展,目前深圳市的可建设用地匮乏,空间承载力逼近极限,城市更新将是深圳市未来城市开发的主旋律。在响应国家减碳大趋势政策的基础上,重点融合各项先进的绿色和环保科技及成果,通过对既有建筑改造的评估、模块化的改造设计、适用性技术集成应用研究,形成系统的既有社区改造流程、模式和示范样板,得出一套完整的适合深圳地区既有社区提升改造的研究和案例成果。预计会产生良好的社会经济效益,对实现城市的可持续发展以及“双碳”目标有着重要意义。With the development of economy,the construction land in Shenzhen is scarce at present,and the space carrying capacity is approaching the limit.Urban renewal will be the main theme of Shenzhen's future urban development.On the basis of responding to the national general trend policy of carbon reduction,the project focuses on integrating various advanced green and environmental protection technologies and achievements.Through the evaluation of existing building transformation,modular transformation design,and integrated application research of applicable technologies,the project studies and forms a complete set of research and case results suitable for the upgrading of existing communities in Shenzhen area.It is expected to produce good social and economic benefits,and has important significance for the realization of sustainable urban development,as well as"dual carbon"goals.
