摘 要:采用不同原材料和不同配比分别对复合透水砖的面层、基层进行强度和透水性能的正交试验,通过优选配方制备复合生态透水砖。试验结果表明,在保证力学性能与透水效果的前提下,面层采用A19配比和2%含量的WF-9分散剂最佳,基层采用骨胶比为6和水胶比为0.36最佳。6 MPa强度压制的50 mm(45 mm基层+5 mm面层)厚复合透水砖,其抗老化性能优良,透水系数为7.1×10^(-2)cm/s,抗压强度为27.8 MPa,抗冲击次数为4次,耐磨试验的磨坑长度为32 mm,防滑摆值BPN为66,性能最佳。试验结果可为透水砖的相关研究提供参考。Orthogonal experiments were conducted on the strength and permeability of the surface layer and base layer using different raw materials and ratios,and composite ecological permeable bricks were prepared by optimizing the formula.The test results show that,on the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties and water permeability effect,the best choice is to use the A19 ratio and WF-9 dispersant with 2%content for the surface layer,the best choice is to use the bone glue ratio of 6 and the water glue ratio of 0.36 for the base layer,and the 50 mm(45 mm base+5 mm surface layer)thick composite permeable brick pressed with 6 MPa strength has excellent anti-aging performance,the water permeability coefficient is 7.1×10^(-2) cm/s,the compressive strength is 27.8 MPa,the number of impact resistance is 4,the length of the abrasion pit for the abrasion test is 32 mm,and the anti-skid pendulum value BPN is 66,has best performance.The test results can provide reference for the related research of permeable brick.
