摘 要:利用贵州省丰富的山砂资源,开发一种低成本的山砂-超高性能混凝土(MS-UHPC),旨在推动山砂在高性能混凝土(UHPC)中的使用。重点探讨了硅灰的掺量、矿粉比表面积、山砂的级配和粒径,以及钢纤维的掺量、混杂方式和形状等关键因素,对MS-UHPC的工作性能和抗压强度的影响,并确定了低成本MS-UHPC的制备工艺。研究结果表明,适量的硅灰和适宜的矿粉比表面积有助于改善MS-UHPC的工作性能,并提升其抗压强度。此外,山砂的级配和粒径、钢纤维的掺量和形状对MSUHPC的性能也产生了不同程度的影响。研究成果为制备低成本和高性价比的UHPC提供了新的思路。Use the abundant mountain sand resources in Guizhou Province to develop a low-cost manufactured sand ultra-high performance concrete(MS-UHPC),with the aim of promoting the use of mountain sand in ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC).The research focuses on the impact of key factors such as the dosage of silica fume,the specific surface area of ground granulated blastfurnace slag powder,the grading and particle size of mountain sand,and the dosage,mixing method,and shape of steel fibers on the workability and compressive strength of MS-UHPC,and has established the preparation process for low-cost MS-UHPC.The results indicate that an appropriate amount of silica fume and a suitable specific surface area of ground granulated blast-furnace slag powder contribute to improving the workability of MS-UHPC and enhancing its compressive strength.Furthermore,the grading and particle size of mountain sand,as well as the dosage and shape of steel fibers,also have varying degrees of impact on the performance of MS-UHPC.Through systematic experimentation,this study provides a new perspective for the preparation of low-cost and high-value UHPC.
