摘 要:倒虹吸压力钢管技术在水利工程发展迅速,但其安装过程中常受到河流、山谷和山沟等场地的限制。在复杂地形影响下,压力钢管运输效率低,斜坡姿态下压力钢管吊装施工难度大,对位安装质量低。以滇中引水工程楚雄9标为例,设计研发一套40t多功能π型架管系统,应用于斜坡地形下多排大直径压力钢管快速安装。该系统具有半自动斜坡走行、起吊姿态调节,管口精确对位,多排压力钢管并列架设等特点,可大幅缩短安装周期,降低安装设备数量投入,施工安全性高,经济效益好。可为类似项目提供借鉴与参考。Inverted siphon pressure steel pipe technology is developing rapidly in water conservancy projects,but its installation process is often restricted by sites such as rivers,valleys and ravines.Under the influence of complex terrain,the transport efficiency of pressure steel pipe is low,the construction difficulty of pressure steel pipe lifting in slope attitude is large,and the quality of alignment installation is low.Taking Chuxiong 9-bid of Dianzhong Water Diversion Project as an example,a set of 40 t multifunctionalπ-type pipe racking system was designed and developed for rapid installation of multi-row large-diameter pressure steel pipes under sloping terrain.The system has the features of semi-automatic slope travelling,lifting attitude adjustment,precise alignment of pipe nozzles,and side-by-side erection of multiple rows of pressure steel pipes,etc.It can greatly shorten the installation period,reduce the number of inputs of installation equipments,with high construction safety and good economic benefits.It can provide reference for similar projects.
