摘 要:我国出口信用保险业务虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速,目前已成为我国对外贸易的重要保障手段,由于贸易摩擦及全球经济的复杂形势,国际贸易保险市场仍面临诸多挑战。文章对出口信用保险的定义进行了界定,明确了出口信用保险的主要作用,进而分析了我国出口信用保险市场存在的问题,主要表现在产品设计不足、保费金额较高、机构设置不完善、发展不平衡、服务体系不健全、监管体系相对薄弱等方面。据此,文章从加强产品创新、降低保费成本、提高服务效率和覆盖面、强化风险管理四个方面提出相关解决对策,以期为我国出口信用保险市场进一步完善提供借鉴,仅供参考。Although China's export credit insurance business started relatively late,it has developed rapidly and has now become an important safeguard for China's foreign trade.However,due to trade friction and the complex global economic situation,the international trade insurance market faces many challenges.This article defines export credit insurance and clarifies its main functions,particularly in promoting enterprise exports.It then analyzes the issues existing in China's export credit insurance market,which mainly include inadequate product design,high premium costs,incomplete institutional setup,unbalanced development,an underdeveloped service system,and a relatively weak regulatory system.In response,the article proposes relevant solutions from four aspects:strengthening product innovation,reducing premium costs,improving service efficiency and coverage,and enhancing risk management.These suggestions aim to provide references for further improvement of China's export credit insurance market,for consideration.
