数字化背景下云南省跨境冷链物流能力评价研究——以“云花”为例

摘　　要：本文通过熵权-灰色关联分析法对“云花”(云南省花卉)的跨境冷链物流综合能力进行了全面评价。结果表明,公路里程、物流从业人员数量、货运量以及重点企业冷库容量等因素与“云花”跨境冷链物流综合能力之间的关联性尤为明显。云南省跨境冷链物流能力仍存在以下问题:一是冷库库容普遍偏小,不能满足不断增长的冷链物流需求;二是运行效率有待提高,物流成本偏高;三是国际运输道路安全保障措施不足;四是品牌影响力相对较弱;五是物流人才匮乏,尤其是缺乏高端物流人才。针对上述问题,本文提出如下建议:一是加大冷库建设力度,提高库容利用率,满足不断增长的冷链物流需求;二是推动物流技术革新,提高物流运行效率,降低物流成本;三是加强国际运输道路安全保障,确保跨境物流的顺利进行;四是打造“云品”品牌,提升其在国际市场的影响力;五是引进和培养物流人才,尤其是高端物流人才,为提升“云花”跨境冷链物流综合能力提供人才保障。Here is the revised translation using"first,""second,"etc.,as requested:This paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the cross-border cold chain logistics capacity of"Yunhua"(flowers from Yunnan Province)using the Entropy-Weight and Grey Relational Analysis method.The results show that factors such as road mileage,the number of logistics professionals,freight volume,and the cold storage capacity of key enterprises exhibit a particularly strong correlation with the cross-border cold chain logistics capacity of"Yunhua."However,there are still several issues with Yunnan's cross-border cold chain logistics capacity:First,the cold storage capacity is generally too small to meet the growing demand for cold chain logistics.Second,operational efficiency needs improvement,and logistics costs are relatively high.Third,there are insufficient safety measures for international transport routes.Fourth,brand influence is relatively weak.Fifth,there is a shortage of logistics professionals,especially high-end logistics talent.To address these issues,this paper proposes the following suggestions:First,increase the construction of cold storage facilities to improve storage capacity utilization and meet the growing demand for cold chain logistics.Second,promote logistics technology innovation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.Third,strengthen safety measures for international transport routes to ensure smooth cross-border logistics.Fourth,build the"Yunpin"brand to enhance its influence in international markets.Fifth,attract and cultivate logistics talent,particularly high-end logistics professionals,to provide talent support for enhancing the cross-border cold chain logistics capacity of"Yunhua."
