双馈风电场高频振荡的分区振荡抑制方法

摘  要:风电场某一区域发生高频振荡后,可能会影响其他区域,进而导致整个风电场出现大范围振荡。该文以国内某含静止无功发生器(static var generator,SVG)的双馈风电场为例,建立该风电场的等值高频阻抗模型;然后,研究风电场因某一区域发生高频振荡而导致风电场出现大范围振荡的现象,结果表明,风电场可以通过联络变压器进行区域划分,进而根据各区域高频稳定特性来综合评估风电场的高频振荡风险;进一步地,基于典型无源滤波器,提出兼具抑制特定区域高频振荡问题和屏蔽其他区域高频振荡对该区域影响的参数设计原则和方法,并可根据设计需求动态调节稳定裕度和高频振荡吸收比,探究相位裕度和吸收比之间的制约关系,并据此提出无源滤波器参数的优化确定方法。理论分析和仿真结果表明,在目标频段内,所设计的无源滤波器,不仅能有效抑制被保护区域内部的高频振荡,而且能有效屏蔽其他区域高频振荡对被保护区域的影响。After high-frequency oscillation occurs in a certain area of the wind farm,it may affect other areas,leading to large-scale oscillation of the entire wind farm.Taking a domestic doubly-fed wind farm with static var generator(SVG)as an example,the equivalent high frequency impedance model of the wind farm is established.Then,the phenomenon of large-scale oscillation in wind farms caused by high-frequency oscillation in a certain area is studied.The results show that wind farms can be divided into regions by contacting transformers,and the high-frequency oscillation risk of wind farms can be comprehensively evaluated based on the high-frequency stability characteristics of each region.Furthermore,based on the typical passive filter,the parameter design principles and methods are proposed,which can suppress the high frequency oscillation in a specific region and shield the influence of high frequency oscillation in other regions on this region,and the stability margin and high-frequency oscillation absorption ratio can be dynamically adjusted according to the design requirements.The constraint relationship between phase margin and absorption ratio is explored,based on which the optimization method of passive filter parameters is proposed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that within the target frequency band,the designed passive filter can not only effectively suppress high-frequency oscillations within the protected area,but also effectively shield the impact of high-frequency oscillations in other areas on the protected area.
