浅谈人工智能与数字化办公融合过程中的问题

摘　　要：在科技高速发展的当今,人工智能正在深刻地改变人们的生产、生活方式。在办公自动化领域,融入人工智能的应用将有利于提升办公效率和公共决策科学性,降低办公成本。然而,在人工智能带来便利的同时,也存在多方面的潜在风险。文章结合时代背景、参考相关文献,阐述人工智能和机器学习的概念和优势,分析人工智能与数字化办公融合过程中可能面临的问题,并提出一些相关对策。In today's era of rapid technological development,artificial intelligence(AI) is profoundly changing people's production and lifestyles.In the field of office automation,the integration of AI applications will be beneficial for improving office efficiency,enhancing the scientific nature of public decision-making,and reducing office costs.However,while AI brings convenience,there are also potential risks in various aspects.This article,based on the context of the times and referencing relevant literature,elaborates on the concepts and advantages of AI and machine learning,analyzes the possible issues that may arise during the integration of AI with digital offices,and proposes some relevant countermeasures.
