摘　　要：医院文书档案管理是医院信息化建设中的重要组成部分,对医院的管理和服务质量有重要的影响。文章对医院文书档案管理的现状进行分析,探讨医院文书档案管理存在的问题及其改善措施,并提出一些个人的见解。以期助力医院文书档案管理的信息化进程,更好地解决医院文书档案管理存在的问题,为医院工作者的需要提供一定的参考和借鉴。Hospital document and file management is a crucial component of hospital information construction,significantly impacting the management and service quality of hospitals.This paper analyzes the current situation of hospital document and file management,discusses the existing problems and improvement measures,and offers some personal insights.The aim is to assist in the informatization process of hospital document and file management,better address the issues,and provide useful references for hospital staff.
