摘　　要：在炼油生产过程中,常减压蒸馏装置是龙头装置,其原料及产品质量的重要指标主要由在线馏程分析仪体现,馏程温度点是石油切割成石脑油、煤油、柴油和其它产品的重要依据。炼厂主要以在线馏程分析仪和离线馏程分析仪两种方式检测,文章主要浅谈常减压蒸馏装置在线馏程分析仪表及样品处理系统的应用。In the refining process,the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is a key piece of equipment,and the important indicators of raw material and product quality are primarily reflected by the on-line distillation range analyzer.The distillation temperature points serve as crucial references for cutting petroleum into naphtha,kerosene,diesel,and other products.Refineries mainly use both on-line and off-line distillation range analyzers for testing.This paper discusses the application of on-line distillation range analyzers and sample handling systems in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.
