摘 要:通过科学规划和建设农田水利设施,显著提升了水资源利用效率,为补充耕地提供了坚实的支撑。实施的土地平整、土壤改良和灌溉排水工程有效增强了农田水资源保持能力。现代化灌溉技术的推广,如智能灌溉系统和节水灌溉技术,确保了作物在关键生长期的水分供应,提升了农业生产效率。然而,水利设施老化和资源浪费的问题仍然存在,亟须强化维护和科学规划。通过多方参与的管理机制和科技创新,实现农业的可持续发展,确保粮食安全和生态环境的和谐。Through scientific planning and construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities,the efficiency of water resource utilization has been significantly improved,providing solid support for supplementing arable land.The implementation of land leveling,soil improvement,and irrigation and drainage projects has effectively enhanced the ability to maintain water resources in farmland.The promotion of modern irrigation technologies,such as intelligent irrigation systems and water-saving irrigation techniques,ensures water supply for crops during critical growth periods and improves agricultural production efficiency.However,the problems of aging water conservancy facilities and resource waste still exist,and there is an urgent need to strengthen maintenance and scientific planning.Through multi-party participation in management mechanisms and technological innovation,sustainable development of agriculture can be achieved,ensuring food security and harmonious ecological environment.
