摘　　要：总承包项目中的风险控制研究,通过查验分析EPC项目的主要风险因素,结合笔者多年的行业实务工作经验,阐述了包括安全、进度、合同等维度在内的项目风险控制策略,为建设工程领域EPC总承包项目提供科学有效的风险管理框架,对于提升EPC总承包风险控制工作具有重要的指导意义。Research on risk control in general contracting projects,by examining and analyzing the main risk factors of EPC projects,combined with the author's years of industry practical work experience,elaborates on project risk control strategies including safety,schedule,contract and other dimensions,providing a scientific and effective risk management framework for EPC projects in the field of construction engineering,and has important guiding significance for improving EPC risk control work.
