油桐全基因组中RVE基因家族的鉴定与表达分析

摘  要:油桐(Vernicia fordii)是一种极具经济开发价值的木本油料落叶树种。RVE转录因子的功能与植物生物钟的控制有关,其在胁迫中起重要作用,尤其是冷胁迫。本研究利用生物信息学方法对油桐全基因组中RVE同源基因家族成员的生物学特征进行深入研究,共鉴定出5个油桐RVE同源基因家族成员,并将其分别命名为Vf RVE1、Vf RVE3、Vf RVE6、Vf RVE7和Vf RVE8,这5个基因家族成员编码蛋白均为定位于细胞核内的不稳定亲水性蛋白。经过对其保守基序分析,结果发现Motif1、Motif3和Motif5很可能是油桐RVE同源基因家族的特征结构域。RVE基因在油桐和拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)之间是高度同源的。基因表达分析表明,Vf RVE3在花和种子发育过程中起着重要作用;Vf RVE7与油桐营养组织的发育,Vf RVE1、Vf RVE3和Vf RVE8与两性花的发育,Vf RVE6与种子晚期发育可能有密切联系。本研究揭示了油桐RVE基因家族的生物信息学特征,为探究油桐RVE基因家族的功能与后续油桐低温适应性研究提供了重要参考。Vernicia fordii is a woody oil deciduous tree species with economic value for development.Functions of RVE transcription factors are related to the control of the biological clock in plants and play an important role in stress,especially cold stress.In this study,bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the biological characteristics of members of the potential RVE gene family in the whole genome of V.fordii.Five members of the potential RVE gene family were identified and named as VfRVE1,VfRVE3,VfRVE6,VfRVE7 and VfRVE8.These five gene family members are all hydrophilbic proteins located in the nucleus.Analysis of their conservative motifs revealed that Motif1,Motif3 and Motif5 are the characteristic domains in the potential RVE gene family of V.fordii.RVE genes are highly homologous between V.fordii and A.thaliana.Gene expression analysis showed that VfRVE3 plays an important role in the development of flowers and seeds.VfRVE7 is closely related to the development of nutritional tissues in tung oil trees,VfRVE1,VfRVE3,VfRVE8 is related to the development of bisexual flowers,and VfRVE6 may be closely related to the late seed development.This study reveals the bioinformatics features of the RVE gene family of V.fordii,and provides an important reference for the following research on the low-temperature adaptability of V.fordii.
