摘 要:研究3种(品种)不同叶色风箱果光合参数及光谱反射率的差异,以及两者之间的相关性,为应用光谱技术进行风箱果属植物光合能力的监测提供参考。以风箱果、金叶风箱果、紫叶风箱果为试材,测定不同叶位的叶片光合参数值及高光谱反射参数,通过皮尔森相关性分析,选取显著相关的两个参数建立偏最小二乘模型,进行精度检验。结果显示:1)3种(品种)风箱果叶片光响应曲线变化趋势基本一致,种(品种)间最大净光合速率、光饱和点、表观量子效率差异显著(P<0.05),均为:风箱果>金叶风箱果>紫叶风箱果;2)净光合速率最大值均为中位叶>上位叶>下位叶;3)风箱果和金叶风箱果光谱反射率变化特征基本一致,480 nm处出现“蓝峰”,550 nm处出现“绿峰”,紫叶风箱果则在绿光波段表现出较低的反射率,650 nm附近出现第1个小的反射峰;三者均在原始光谱750 nm波段附近出现“红谷”,对应一阶导数光谱反射率最大值;4)GNDVI与3种(品种)风箱果的净光合速率均呈极显著相关,其他植被指数与净光合速率的相关性因种(品种)不同而异。优选植被指数与光合参数进行模型拟合和检验,风箱果、金叶风箱果、紫叶风箱果的Pn拟合模型R2分别为0.85、0.72、0.50,检验精度R2分别达到0.68、0.90、0.82。因此,可以利用高光谱技术判断风箱果属植物叶片光合效应。In order to understand the differences in photosynthetic parameters(PP)and spectral reflectance(SR)of Physocarpus genus with different leaf colors,and the correlation between PP and SR,to provide a reference for monitoring the photosynthetic capacity of Physocarpus plants by using spectral technology.Three Physocarpus species/varieties were taken as the research objects,including P.amurensis,P.opulifolius var.luteus and P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine’to measure the photosynthetic and hyperspectral reflectance parameters of the leaves at different leaf positions.Through Pearson correlation analysis,two significantly correlated parameters were selected to establish a partial least squares model for accuracy testing.The results showed that the variation trends of the light response curves of the leaves of three species/varieties were basically the same,and there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax),light saturation point(LSP),and apparent quantum yield(AQY)among them.For all the three parameters,they were in the order of P.amurensis>P.opulifolius var.luteus>P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine’.The values of Pmax of different leaf positions were in the order of medium leaves>upper leaves>lower leaves.The spectral reflectance variation characteristics of P.amurensis and P.opulifolius var.luteus were basically the same,with a“blue peak”at 480 nm and a“green peak”at 550 nm.P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine’showed a low reflectivity in the green band,and the first small reflection peak appeared near 650 nm.All three species/varieties appeared the“red valley”near the 750 nm band of the original spectrum,which corresponded to the maximum reflectance of the first derivative spectrum.Green normalized difference vegetation index(GNDVI)was significantly correlated with the Pn of three species/varieties,while the correlation between other vegetation indices and Pn varied with different species/varieties.The vegetation index and photosynthetic parameters were selected for model fittin
