摘  要:土壤理化性质对植物叶片功能性状具有调控作用。为了探究胡杨对干旱恶劣的生境适应策略,本研究以塔里木河中游不同天然林龄样地胡杨为对象,分析胡杨不同林龄阶段叶功能性状的变化及其对土壤理化性质的响应。结果表明:1)胡杨叶功能性状在不同林龄间的变异系数较小,为14.20%~42.59%,其中叶干质量变异系数最大,叶厚度变异系数最小;2)不同林龄胡杨叶功能性状之间的相关性较强,对叶功能性状贡献较大的为比叶重,即比叶重与叶厚度和比叶面积呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与叶组织密度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与叶干重和叶干物质含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);3)土壤含水率和土壤有机质含量只在幼龄林阶段有差异,速效磷、速效钾和速效氮含量随林龄变化呈现先增长后下降的趋势;4)冗余分析表明,土壤速效钾含量与叶功能性状的正相关作用最明显,说明叶片功能性状主要受土壤速效钾含量的制约。综上所述,胡杨根据环境分别调节不同林龄的叶功能性状,形成最佳的性状组合,最大限度地利用资源,提高对塔里木河干旱生境的适应性。Soil physico-chemical properties have regulatory effects on the functional traits of plant leaves.In order to explore the adaptation strategies of P.euphratica to arid and harsh habitats,living tree samples were selected from P.euphratica forests with different ages in the middle reaches of the Tarim River.The leaves of sample trees were collected to analyze the changes of leaf functional traits of different forest age stages and its response to soil physicochemical properties.The results showed that 1)the coefficient of variation(CV)of the functional traits of P.euphratica leaves was small among different forest ages,ranging from 14.20%to 42.59%,among which the CV of leaf dry weight was the largest and the CV of leaf thickness was the smallest.2)The correlations between the leaf functional traits among different stand ages were significant,and specific leaf weight(SLW)contributed significantly to the leaf functional traits,i.e.,SLW was negatively correlated with leaf thickness and specific leaf area(P<0.01),positively correlated with leaf tissue density(P<0.01),and positively correlated with leaf dry weight and leaf dry matter content(P<0.05).3)Soil water content and soil organic matter only differed at the young forest stage,while available phosphorus,available potassium and available nitrogen increased first and then decreased with the change of forest age.4)Redundancy analysis showed that soil available potassium had the most significantly positive correlation with leaf functional traits,indicating that leaf functional traits are mainly restricted by soil available phosphorus.In summary,the leaf functional traits of P.euphratica at different ages are adjusted according to the environment to form the best combination of traits,maximize the use of resources,avoid adverse effects,and improve the adaptability to the arid habitat of the Tarim River.
