摘　　要：Liu Xiaohui enlisted in 1999 and was honored with th ree collective third-class merit dtatiofns and three individual third-class merit citations.After retiring from the army,he co-founded Shandong Green Energy Huanyu Low Carbon Technology Co.,Ltd.(Shandong Green Energy Huanyu)with three fellow veterans in August 2020,With a passion to serve the country and contribute to society,he has succe ssfully created a new battlefield for veterans to fulfill their potential.In July 2024,Liu was awarded the title of"National Model Veteran."
