摘 要:细菌污染是水污染的主要原因之一。为了克服传统抗菌材料回收难、利用效率低等问题,以醋酸纤维复合超滤膜为对象进行系列研究。选用绿色可降解的醋酸纤维素(CA)为膜基体,采用共混改性的方法,用BiOI纳米颗粒复合改性醋酸纤维素膜,制备出性能优异的醋酸纤维素复合超滤膜,并对其进行性能实验分析。研究表明,通过将BiOI复合到醋酸纤维素膜中,且随着BiOI含量的增加,纳米BiOI粒子使得复合膜粘度增大,导致膜水通量降低;当BiOI含量接近40 mg时,膜的孔隙率达到最大,此时含水量也达到最大,得到渗透性能较好的醋酸纤维素复合膜。在抗菌性能实验中,发现随着BiOI含量的增加,抑菌效果逐渐增强,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到83%。Bacterial pollution is one of the major causes of water pollution.To address the issues associated with traditional antibacterial materials,such as difficult recovery and low utilization efficiency,a series of studies were conducted on acetate composite ultrafiltration membranes.In this paper,green degradable cellulose acetate(CA)was used as the membrane matrix,and the cellulose acetate composite ultrafiltration membrane with excellent performance was prepared by blending and modification method.The performance of the prepared membrane was experimentally analyzed.The results show that by incorporating BiOI into the cellulose acetate membrane,and with the increase of BiOI content,the viscosity of the composite membrane increases due to the increase of nano-BiOI particles,resulting in the decrease of membrane water flux.When the BiOI content is close to 40 mg,the porosity of the membrane reaches the maximum,as does the water content,yielding an acetate composite membrane with good permeability.It was verified that the membrane possesses a certain antibacterial effect.In the antibacterial property experiment,it was found that the antimicrobial effect of BiOI increased gradually,and the antimicrobial rate of E.coli was about 83%.
