摘 要:采用一步溶胶-凝胶法制备活性炭负载N掺杂TiO_(2)(N-TiO_(2)/AC)复合物。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品进行晶型和形貌表征。XRD结果表明,所制备样品具有锐钛矿晶型结构;SEM照片显示,所制备N-TiO_(2)粒子均匀地分散在活性炭上。通过在可见光照下降解染料甲基橙(MO),评价N-TiO_(2)/AC的光催化性能。结果表明,与N-TiO_(2)相比,N-TiO_(2)/AC对甲基橙的降解率提升了21.5%;经6次循环使用后,N-TiO_(2)/AC的催化降解率仍高于82%。N-doped TiO_(2)supported on activated carbon(N-TiO_(2)/AC)was prepared by one step sol-gel method.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).XRD indicates that the prepared samples had anatase crystal structure.SEM indicates that the prepared TiO_(2)particles were uniformly dispersed on the activated carbon.The photocatalytic performance of N-TiO_(2)/AC was evaluated,by degrading dye methyl orange(MO)under visible light irradiation.The results showed N-TiO_(2)/AC increased the degradation rate of methyl orange by 21.5%compared with N-TiO_(2),the photocatalytic rate of N-TiO_(2)/AC was sill higher than 82%after 6 cycles of use.
