摘  要:随着锂离子快速发展,废旧锂离子电池回收和循环使用也受到了极大关注。现阶段废旧锂离子电池正极材料的铝杂质常采用化学法生成氢氧化铝脱除,生成的氢氧化铝可通过实验方法将其进行综合利用,用较低的成本生成氯化铝、硫酸铝或聚铝等无机絮凝剂。实验得出:在NaOH溶液碱浸法中,加热温度为150℃,加热时间为30~40 min,NaOH溶液浓度为6 mol/L,粒径为100~200目的条件下,金属铝单质和保护层Al_(2)O_(3)的转化率较好。用间氨基苯磺酸废水进行絮凝实验,当溶液pH=7,搅拌时间为3~4 min,后续的沉淀时间为24 h,生成的絮凝剂投加量为5 mL的情况下,絮凝效果达到最佳状态。With the rapid development of lithium ion,the recycling and recycling of waste lithium ion batteries has also received great attention.At present,the aluminum impurities of the cathode materials of waste lithium ion batteries are often removed by chemical method.The aluminum hydroxide generated can be used comprehensively through the experimental method,and the inorganic flocculants such as aluminum chloride,aluminum sulfate or polyaluminum can be generated at a lower cost.It show that in the NaOH solution method,the heating temperature of 150°C,the heating time of 30~40 min,the NaOH solution concentration of 6 mol/L and the particle size of 100~200.The flocculation experiment was conducted with amino benzene acid wastewater.When the solution is pH=7,the stirring time is 3~4 min,the subsequent precipitation time is 24 h,and the amount of flocculant is 5 mL,the flocculation effect of the flocculant reaches the best state.
