摘  要:为了积极响应国家节能减排、环境保护的政策,全国各地加强了新型环保建材的推广和应用,蒸压加气混凝土材料作为新型环保建材得到了较快的发展。AAC(蒸压加气混凝土)具有轻质性、抗压性、保温性、隔音性及抗渗水性的特点,这与其是一种多孔结构材料有关,大量独立、均匀的气孔决定了材料的孔结构,直接影响AAC的特性,而发气孔是对AAC性能影响最大的特征孔,铝粉作为发气剂直接影响了AAC的发气孔结构。简述了AAC目前发展现状和未来发展趋势,综述了铝粉在AAC生产过程的发气原理以及发气孔的形成过程。重点阐述了实验探究不同粒径的铝粉的发气速率,以及通过车间生产线实验探究了不同粒径的铝粉在AAC生产过程中的实际发气速率对发气孔孔径和强度的影响。In order to actively respond to the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection,the promotion and application of new environmentally friendly building materials have been strengthened across the country,and autoclaved aerated concrete materials as new environmentally friendly building materials have gained relatively rapid development.AAC(Autoclaved aerated concrete)is characterized by light weight,compression resistance,heat preservation,sound insulation and water seepage resistance,which is related to its being a porous structural material.The structure of the materials is determined by a large number of independent and uniform pores,which directly affects the functions of the AAC.The stoma have the greatest influence on the performance of the AAC.Aluminum powder as a gassing agent directly affects the pore structure of AAC.This paper briefly describes the current development status and future development trend of AAC,and summarizes the principle of aluminum powder aerating in the production process of AAC and the formation process of aerated pores.It focuses on the investigation of the gassing rate of aluminum powders with different particle sizes in laboratory experiments and the effect of actual gassing rate of aluminum powders with different particle sizes on the pore size and strength of porosity in the production process of AAC in workshop production experiments.
