摘 要:利用水热法合成了光电材料Bi_(2)S_(3)纳米棒和羧基化多壁碳纳米管,通过将Bi_(2)S_(3)与羧基化多壁碳纳米管结合,探究了不同比例的改性多壁碳纳米管与硫化铋掺杂之后的光电性能。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和光学显微镜观察了Bi_(2)S_(3)纳米棒以及羧基化多壁碳纳米管的形貌,并用x射线衍射(XRD)、UV-Vis、CV对其进行了表征。PEC测量结果表明,Bi_(2)S_(3)与羧基化多壁碳纳米管的结合使光电性能更加稳定。In this paper,the photoelectric materials Bi_(2)S_(3) nanorods and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes were synthesized by hydrothermal method.By combining Bi_(2)S_(3) with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes,the photoelectric properties of modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes doped with bismuth sulfide were investigated.The morphologies of Bi_(2)S_(3) nanorods and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and optical microscope,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis and CV.The results of PEC measurement show that the combination of Bi_(2)S_(3) and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes makes the photoelectric performance more stable.
