摘 要:使用不同盐浓度溶液对不同表面氧化程度的煤样品进行了浮选实验。浮选过程中观察到煤表面存在临界表面氧化值,当氧化值高于临界表面氧化值时,浮选精煤回收率显著下降。实验结果表明:煤表面临界氧化值随着溶液中盐度的增加而提高,离子加入使得煤临界氧化值上升。通过研究盐浓度对氧化煤浮选的影响发现:一方面,氧化煤在盐水中的表面疏水性减弱,这对煤浮选不利;另一方面,盐水中电双层的压缩通过减小颗粒与气泡之间的静电排斥,提高了浮选效率。此外,盐水中生成了较小的气泡和更稳定的泡沫,也有助于提高浮选效率。Flotation experiments were conducted on coal samples with different surface oxidation degrees using solutions of different salt concentrations.During the flotation process,it was observed that there is a critical surface oxidation value on the coal surface.When the oxidation value is higher than the critical surface oxidation value,the recovery rate of flotation clean coal significantly decreases.The experimental results show that the critical oxidation value of coal surface increases with the increase of salinity in the solution,and the addition of ions leads to an increase in the critical oxidation value of coal.By studying the influence of salt concentration on the flotation of oxidized coal,shows that:on the one hand,the surface hydrophobicity of oxidized coal in brine is weakened,which is unfavorable for coal flotation,on the other hand,the compression of the electric double layer in saltwater improves flotation efficiency by reducing the electrostatic repulsion between particles and bubbles.In addition,smaller bubbles and more stable foam are generated in brine,which also helps to improve flotation efficiency.
