摘　　要：通过分析影响马钢煤焦油甲苯不溶物上升的配合煤细度、装煤量、炉顶空间温度等因素,发现因焦炉受环保管控的影响导致装煤量无法得到保证。通过采取稳定提升装煤量、提高生产稳定性、强化焦油氨水分离、规范焦油取样过程等措施使得焦油质量得到改善,达到客户要求。Through sorting out and analyzing the factors that affect the rise of toluene insoluble matter in Masteel coal tar,such as the fineness of blended coal,coal loading amount,furnace top space temperature,etc.It is found that the main reason is that the coke oven is affected by environmental control,so the coal loading amount can not be guaranteed.The tar quality has been improved by taking measures such as stabilizing the coal loading amount,improving the production stability,strengthening the tar ammonia water separation,and standardizing the tar sampling process to meet customer requirements.
