摘 要:采用新型除氟剂DeFy对光伏含氟污水进行深度除氟,分析了pH值、反应时间、药剂用量等因素对除氟效果的影响。实验结果表明,在反应pH值为6,反应时间为5 min,药剂用量为3‰时,光伏废水的深度除氟效果最好。工程应用表明,CaCl_(2)和除氟剂DeFy联合使用可将污水中的氟离子浓度处理至1 mg/L以下。与市售除氟剂相比,同等药剂用量条件下,除氟剂DeFy的除氟效率提高了10%以上,表现出优异的除氟效果。This article uses the new type of defluorinating agent DeFy to deeply remove fluorine from photovoltaic fluorinecontaining wastewater,and analyzes the effects of factors such as pH value,reaction time,and dosage on the defluorination effect.The experimental results show that the best defluorination effect on photovoltaic wastewater is achieved at a reaction pH of 6,a reaction time of 5 minutes,and a dosage of 3‰.Engineering applications indicate that the combined use of CaCl_(2)and the defluorinating agent DeFy can reduce the fluoride ion concentration in wastewater to below 1 mg/L.Compared to commercially available defluorinating agents,under the same dosage conditions,DeFy's defluorination efficiency has increased by more than 10%,demonstrating outstanding defluorination performance.
