摘　　要：介绍了厂区除盐水站反渗透浓水回用的工程案例,该工程采用高效沉淀池-V型滤池-超滤-反渗透的处理工艺。运行结果表明,该工艺可以有效地处理反渗透浓水,产水电导率平均值达到93μs·cm^(-1),COD平均值达到5 mg·L^(-1),产水能够达到厂区除盐水站的进水水质要求,回用量达到709560 m^(3)/a,运行成本约为2.52元/m^(3)。This article introduces an engineering case of reverse osmosis concentrated water reuse at the desalination station in the factory area.The project adopts a high-density sedimentation tank,V-type filter,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis,treatment process.The operation results show that the process can effectively treat reverse osmosis concentrated water,and the average conductivity of the produced water reaches 93μs·cm^(-1),the average COD value reaches 5 mg·L^(-1),and the produced water can meet the inlet water quality requirements of the desalination station in the factory area.The recycling amount reaches 709560 m^(3)/a.The operating cost is approximately 2.52 yuan/m^(3).
