摘　　要：目的:观察腺苷钴胺联合倍他米松治疗突发性聋的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年5月淮安市淮安医院收治的180例突发性聋患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各90例。对照组给予注射用腺苷钴胺肌内注射,研究组在对照组基础上给予倍他米松注射液耳后骨膜下注射。比较两组临床疗效、听力阈值、眩晕情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.045)。治疗后,两组听力阈值、眩晕症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:腺苷钴胺联合倍他米松治疗突发性聋的效果显著,有利于改善患者听力情况,缓解耳鸣症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of adenocobalamin combined with betamethasone on sudden deafness.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty patients with sudden deafness treated in Huai'an Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with ninety cases in each group.The control group was given intramuscular injection of adenosylcobalamin for injection,and the study group was given retroaural subperiosteal injection of betamethasone injection based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,hearing threshold,vertigo and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.045);after treatment,the hearing threshold and vertigo symptom score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion:Adenocobalamin combined with betamethasone has a significant effect on the treatment of sudden deafness,which is beneficial to improve the hearing condition of patients,relieve tinnitus symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
