布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗中重度变应性鼻炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗中重度变应性鼻炎(AR)的效果。方法:选取2022年1—10月华南理工大学附属第六医院收治的中重度AR患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。首次治疗4 h后、治疗2周后,两组鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、打喷嚏评分逐渐降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组睡眠、情感反应、行为问题、鼻部症状、非鼻部症状、日常活动评分低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:中重度AR患者采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗的效果显著,可改善鼻部症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with chloranethamine nasal spray on moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of one hundred cases of moderate to severe AR patients admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with budesonide nasal spray combined with chloranethamine nasal spray.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 4 h of initial treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,itchy nose and sneezing in 2 groups were gradually decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of sleep,emotional response,behavior problems,nasal symptoms,non-nasal symptoms and daily activities of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with moderate to severe AR,budesonide nasal spray combined with glennaphthine nasal spray has a significant effect,which can improve nasal symptoms and improve quality of life.
