摘　　要：目的:分析糖皮质激素冲击疗法治疗间质性肺病合并重症肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年11月南京中医药大学附属南京中医院收治的间质性肺病合并重症肺炎患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例)和治疗组(34例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予糖皮质激素冲击治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、肺功能。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.040)。治疗后,两组炎性因子水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肺功能指标高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间质性肺病合并重症肺炎患者应用糖皮质激素冲击疗法的效果显著,可改善肺功能,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid shock therapy on interstitial lung disease complicated with severe pneumonia.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with interstitial lung disease combined with severe pneumonia admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group(34 cases)and the treatment group(34 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group received glucocorticoid impact therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.040).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the lung function indexes in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of glucocorticoid shock therapy in patients with interstitial lung disease combined with severe pneumonia is effective in improving lung function and reducing the inflammatory response.
