摘　　要：目的:分析柴芩承气汤加减联合常规治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月广东省第二中医院收治的70例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(35例)和研究组(35例)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予柴芩承气汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.001)。两组炎性因子水平对比:治疗后,两组炎性因子水平较治疗前低,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:采用柴芩承气汤加减联合常规治疗重症急性胰腺炎可提高治疗成果、减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with conventional treatment for severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024,a total of 70 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)using the red and blue ball method.The control group was given conventional treatment and the study group was given modified Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effect was compared between the groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Chaiqin Chengqi Decation plus reduction combined with conventional treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can improve the therapeutic outcome and reduce the inflammatory response.
