整体护理在阴道镜下宫颈活检患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析整体护理在阴道镜下宫颈活检患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年12月于泰安市妇幼保健院行阴道镜下宫颈活检的患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对比组(n=42)和试验组(n=42)。对比组实施常规护理,试验组实施整体护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组检查时间短于对比组,检查中出血量少于对比组,舒适度、满意度评分高于对比组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对比组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对比组(P=0.005)。结论:整体护理在阴道镜下宫颈活检患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短检查时间,减少检查中出血量,提高患者舒适度、满意度,缓解负面情绪,降低并发症发生风险。Objective:To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in patients undergoing colposcopic cervical biopsy.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent colposcopic cervical biopsy in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into comparison group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42).The comparison group received routine nursing and the experimental group received holistic nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The examination time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the comparison group,the blood loss during examination in the experimental group was less than that in the comparison group,and the scores of comfort and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group(P=0.005).Conclusion:Holistic nursing has significant application effects in patients undergoing colposcopic cervical biopsy,and can shorten the examination time,reduce the blood loss during examination,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,relieve negative emotions,and reduce the risk of complication occurrence.
