摘　　要：目的:分析舒适护理在重症监护病房呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月南京医科大学附属南京医院重症监护病房收治的呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组舒适度情况、睡眠质量、并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组舒适度评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组睡眠质量评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:舒适护理在重症监护病房呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者舒适度,改善睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in patients with respiratory failure with invasive mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit.Methods:A total of eighty patients with invasive mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure admitted to the intensive care unit of Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing based on the control group.Comfort,sleep quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the comfort score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the sleep quality score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:Comfort nursing in intensive care unit patients with respiratory failure invasive mechanical ventilation effect is significant,can improve the comfort of patients,improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of complications.
