摘　　要：目的:分析Orem自我护理联合延续性护理在膀胱癌全膀胱切除尿路造口术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年6月于成都市青白江区人民医院行全膀胱切除尿路造口术的膀胱癌患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施Orem自我护理联合延续性护理。比较两组自我护理能力、自我效能、生活质量、造口并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组自我护理能力、自我效能、生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组造口并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.044)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:Orem自我护理联合延续性护理在膀胱癌全膀胱切除尿路造口术患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者自我护理能力、自我效能,改善生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of Orem self-care combined with continuous care in patients undergoing total cystectomy urostomy for bladder cancer.Methods:A total of sixty patients with bladder cancer who underwent total cystectomy urostomy in Chengdu Qingbaijiang District People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received Orem self-care combined with continuous care.Self-care ability,self-efficacy,quality of life,incidence of ostomy complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-care ability,self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of ostomy complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.044);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of Orem self-care combined with continuous care in patients with total cystectomy urostomy for bladder cancer has significant effects,which can improve patients'self-care ability,self-efficacy,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
