摘 要:人类胚胎的研究是目前生物医学领域的热门课题,也是一项伦理问题,特别是在科学研究进入“无人区”的情况下,如何在不触及“红线”的情况下,保证科学研究不会“触底”,这是一个亟待解决的问题。近年来,基因编辑在农牧业产量与品质提升、动植物遗传疾病防治等方面已取得显著成效,但人类基因编辑与改造实验在国际上引起了广泛的质疑与谴责,引起了社会与社会不公平、社会需要与价值扭曲、局部利益与整体利益冲突等问题的反思。本文在对人类胚胎基因编辑所面临的道德问题进行了剖析的基础上,提出了一系列的规制途径。The research of human embryos is a hot topic in the biomedical field,and it is also an ethical issue.Especially,in the case of sci-entific research entering the"no man's land",how to ensure that scientific research will not"hit the bottom"without touching the"red line"is an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,gene editing in agricultural yield and quality improvement,animal and plant genetic dis-ease prevention and control has made remarkable achievements,but the human gene editing and modification experiment in the interna-tional question and condemnation,caused the social and social injustice,social needs and value distortion,local interests and the reflection of conflict of interest.On the basis of analyzing the moral problems faced by human embryo gene editing,this paper proposes a series of reg-ulatory approaches.
