摘　　要：在人工智能技术飞速发展的当下,高校教育改革刻不容缓,其中教学秘书的角色与工作方式正经历着深刻变革。本文深入探究在这一背景下,教学秘书应如何提升角色意识,涵盖信息处理、数据分析、沟通协调以及创新思维等关键能力。同时,文章分析了教学秘书工作呈现出的自动化、智能化新特点,并探讨了有效利用人工智能技术以提高教学秘书工作效率和服务质量的方法。通过这些分析,本文旨在为教学秘书在新时代背景下的职业发展提供指引,并就如何利用人工智能技术优化高校教学管理提出建议,以培养符合时代要求的新型人才。In the current era of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the reform of higher education is urgent,and the role and working methods of teaching secretaries are undergoing profound changes.This article delves into how teaching secretaries can enhance their role awareness in this context,covering key abilities such as information processing,data analysis,communication and coordination,and innovative thinking.At the same time,the article analyzes the new characteristics of automation and intelligence in the work of teaching secretaries,and explores effective methods of using artificial intelligence technology to improve the efficiency and service quality of teaching secretaries.Through these analyses,this article aims to provide guidance for the career development of teaching secretaries in the context of the new era,and propose suggestions on how to use artificial intelligence technology to optimize university teaching management,in order to cultivate new talents that meet the requirements of the times.
