摘　　要：现阶段,提质增效已成为经济发展的新常态,企业要想提高竞争力必须准确分析出面临的困境并提出有效的举措。面对纷繁的市场环境以及规模庞大的公司体系,传统的杜邦分析法在财务分析方面就显得不够全面,文章在传统杜邦分析法基础上对企业的可持续发展能力和股利支付情况及企业现金流量进行关注,对G乳业的财务情况进行深入的分析,以求分析结果能够更加真实、全面地反映企业的经营现状,从而提出更有针对性的建议。At the present stage,improving the quality and efficiency has become the new normal of economic development.In order to improve their competitiveness,enterprises must accurately analyze the difficulties they face and put forward effective measures.In the face of numerous market environment and large company system,the traditional DuPont analysis in financial analysis is not comprehensive,the article on the basis of traditional DuPont analysis on the sustainable development of enterprise ability and dividend payment situation and enterprise cash flow,and conducts in-depth analysis of the G dairy financial situation,in order to make the analysis results more real and comprehensive reflect the business situation of the enterprise,so as to put forward more targeted Suggestions.
