摘 要:调整T400长丝中PTT与PET的质量比会对T400长丝的物理性能产生显著影响。该研究通过生产五种不同PTT与PET质量比的T400长丝,探讨了PTT与PET质量比对T400长丝物理性能的影响。研究发现,随着T400长丝中PTT质量比的增加,其断裂强度提高,断裂伸长率、干热卷曲伸长率、干热收缩率和沸水收缩率均有所增加。当PTT与PET的质量比达到55:45时,干热收缩率和沸水收缩率因组分比对卷曲状态的影响而达到最大值。在实际生产中,可以根据产品需求选择适当的PTT与PET质量比。The adjustment of the mass ratio between PTT and PET in T400 fibers significantly influences their physical properties.The study investigates the effect of varying the PTT/PET mass ratio by producing T400 fibers with five distinct ratios.The findings reveal that as the proportion of PTT increases in the T400 fibers,both the tensile strength and the elongation at break improve,while the dry heat shrinkage,hot water shrinkage,and curling elongation also show enhancement.When the PTT/PET mass ratio reaches 55:45,the dry heat shrinkage and hot water shrinkage attain their maximum values,influenced by the compositional balance on the curling behavior.In practical production,an optimal PTT/PET mass ratio can be selected based on the specific requirements of the product.
