摘　　要：为了探究在运动中运动文胸对乳房保护效果的影响因素,文章选择了两款不同支撑强度的运动文胸,运用VICON运动捕捉系统采集了在不同跑步速度下中五名75B罩杯的年轻女性的乳房各部位的位移及速度数据。运用Matlab软件将乳房上各部位的位移数据转化成相对躯干的位移,并使用SPSS软件进行检验分析,同时结合主观评价分析运动文胸的保护效果。研究得出,在不同跑速下,穿着相同支撑强度运动文胸时乳房的运动轨迹较为相似,而穿着不同支撑强度的运动文胸时乳房的运动轨迹有一定的差异。乳房内侧点和下侧点的在左右方向、前后方向和垂直方向的运动幅度会随跑速的增大而增大,因此不能仅考虑运动文胸对乳房在垂直方向的保护;穿着低支撑强度运动文胸跑步时乳房各点的速度极差明显大于穿着高支撑强度运动文胸,且二者差值随跑速的增大而增大;当跑速为9~15 km/h时,高支撑强度的运动文胸主观舒适度评价分值更高。This study aims to explore the factors influencing the protective effect of sports bras on the breasts during physical activity.Two sports bras with different support intensities were selected,and a VICON motion capture system was employed to collect displacement and velocity data of various breast regions in five young women with a 75B cup size,under varying running speeds.The displacement data of each breast region were transformed into relative displacements with respect to the torso using MATLAB software,and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS software.Additionally,subjective evaluations of the sports bras'protective efficacy were incorporated.The study concluded that,at different running speeds,the breast movement trajectories were relatively similar when wearing sports bras of the same support intensity,but there were notable differences when wearing bras with varying support levels.The amplitude of movement in the inner and lower points of the breast in the left-right,front-back,and vertical directions increased with running speed.Therefore,protection in the vertical direction alone is insufficient;when wearing low-support sports bras,the velocity range of breast points was significantly higher than when wearing high-support bras,and this difference grew with increased running speed.At running speeds of 9 to 15 km/h,the subjective comfort ratings for high-support bras were notably higher.
