摘　　要：延安时期,党通过政治引领、理论教育、实践淬炼,带领广大青年马克思主义者积极投身到挽救民族危亡的革命事业中,成为革命的先锋。回顾和总结延安时期党培养青年马克思主义者的经验做法,有利于探寻新时代党不断巩固和扩大青年基础的新路径和新思路,具有重大的理论与现实意义。In the great practice of revolution,construction,and reform over a long period of time,the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to strengthening the training of young Marxists.This is not only related to the healthy growth of young people,but also to the future and destiny of the party and the country.In Yan’an Period,the Party led the vast number of young Marxists to actively devote themselves to the revolutionary cause of saving the nation from peril through political guidance,theoretical education,and practical tempering,and became the vanguard of the revolution.Reviewing and summarizing the Party’s experience and practices in cultivating young Marxists in Yan’an Period is conducive to exploring new paths and new ideas for the Party to continuously consolidate and expand its youth base in the new era,and is of great theoretical and practical significance.
