摘  要:随着锂电池产品的逐步发展与成熟,以锂电池为动力的电动自行车正在我国城乡迅速普及。为满足快递、外卖等行业及广大居民用户的应用需求,近年来锂电池换电与充电业务应运而生。本文通过对各种低压配电系统接地型式的分析,设计以TT系统为基础结合RCD做故障接地防护的应用模式,并提出了换充电设备的施工方法,不但完善了配电系统安全防护性能,同时降低了充换电设备施工建设成本。With the gradual development and maturity of lithium battery products,the lithium battery powered electric bicycles are rapidly popularized in urban and rural areas of China.In order to meet the application needs of express delivery and takeout industries and the majority of residential users,the lithium battery power changing and charging business has emerged in recent years.Through the analysis of the grounding type of various low-voltage distribution systems,the application mode of fault grounding protection based on TT system and RCD is designed,and the construction method of replacing charging equipment is proposed.It not only improves the safety protection performance of the power distribution system,but also reduces the construction cost of the charging and changing equipment.
