摘  要:本文围绕对“东数西算”算力枢纽和AI大模型的支撑,对生成式大模型需求旺盛的东数西算长三角枢纽,如何在不断增加的算力负荷以及全球不断升温的环境情况下运行好10kV中压配电系统,特别是数据中心中特有的与冷冻水机组相关的10kV中置柜,充分考虑其运行于高温高湿的环境,探索新的技术维护标准,分析运行中的各种部件因素,包括接地变等常规元素的构成,确保常年运行的10kV中置柜安全进行了探索和思考,以支撑算力大发展的基础条件。This article focuses on the support of the"East Data West Computing"computing hub and AI big models,and explores how to operate the 10kV medium voltage distribution system well in the yangtze river delta hub with strong demand for generative big models,especially the 10kV central cabinet related to chilled water units unique to data centers,under the increasing computing load and global warming environment.It fully considers its operation in high temperature and high humidity environments,which is different from conventional 10kV central cabinets,explores new technical maintenance standards,analyzes various component factors in operation,including the composition of conventional elements such as grounding transformers,and ensures the safety of the 10kV central cabinet that operates year-round,in order to support the basic conditions for the development of computing power.
