摘 要:抽水蓄能电站中的高压输电铁塔一般处于比较陡的山坡上。为了克服抽水蓄能电站中传统人工巡检困难和运检人员不能实时获取输电铁塔状态信息的弊端,设计了一种基于5G和北斗授时技术的抽水蓄能电站输电铁塔状态监测系统。该监测系统主要由现地单元采集终端和远程监测中心两部分构成。现地单元采集终端实时获取依附在铁塔上的传感器采集信号,该终端中配置了我国自主研发的北斗授时模块作为时间基准的同步时钟,可准确获取采集铁塔状态信息的时间,有利于抽水蓄能电站对铁塔现场更精准的控制,通过低时延的5G加密通信模块高速转发,如果无5G的情况下,北斗授时模块会通过短报文的形式发出告警信息,采用IP65防护等级箱子;监测中心软件基于面向对象的Qt Creator设计。同时,为了避免较强的电磁干扰,现地单元监测终端设有电磁隔离层。对该系统试运行3个月以来,系统性能可靠稳定,满足电力系统对时间准确度高的特点,符合新型电力系统数字化要求,具有一定的工程应用推广价值。The high-voltage transmission towers in pumped storage power plants are generally located on steep slopes.In order to overcome the difficulties of traditional manual inspection and the inability of operators to obtain real-time status information of transmission towers in pumped storage power plants,a transmission tower status monitoring system based on 5G and Beidou timing technology is designed in this paper.The monitoring system mainly consists of two parts:a local unit acquisition terminal and a remote monitoring center.The local unit acquisition terminal obtains real-time signals collected by sensors attached to the iron tower.The terminal is equipped with a domestically developed Beidou timing module as a synchronous clock for time reference,which can accurately obtain the time for collecting iron tower status information.This is conducive to more accurate control of the iron tower site by pumped storage power stations,and high-speed forwarding is achieved through a low latency 5G communication module.
