基于信息化的检验危急值管理体系的应用

摘　　要：分析危急值管理信息系统对案例医院危急值报告质量控制指标(通报率、通报及时率和转递总耗时)的影响,为优化危急值报告管理提供指导方向。应用统计学方法分析比对案例医院在应用危急值管理信息系统前后的报告数据。除体检人员外,危急值通报及时率与应用危急值管理信息系统前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);危急值通报率、危急值转递总耗时与应用危急值管理信息系统前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。危急值管理信息系统能提高危急值通报率;降低危急值转递总耗时;提高住院、门诊和急诊患者危急值通报及时率;需提高对体检人员危急值的重视;需增强护理人员对危急值通报的介入程度;需修改自动触发通报危急值的时间间隔。To analyze the impact of the critical value management information system on the quality control indexes(notification rate,notification timeliness and total transmission time)of critical value reports in the case hospitals,and to provide a guiding direction for optimizing the management of critical value reports.Statistical methods are applied to analyze and compare the reporting data of the case hospital before and after the application of the critical value management information system.Except for medical examination personnel,the difference between the timely rate of critical value notification and that before the application of the critical value management information system was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the rate of critical value notification and the total elapsed time of critical value transmission and that before the application of the critical value management information system was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical value management information system can improve the critical value notification rate,reduce the total time consuming for critical value transmission,improve the timely rate of critical value notification for inpatient,outpatient and emergency patients,need to increase the attention to the critical value of medical examination personnel.
