摘　　要：标准是创新的高级表现形式,企业标准制修订是企业标准化活动的任务之一。本文通过企业标准制修订案例,从异同点两个方面对比分析输配电企业标准的现状和问题,针对众多用户场景介绍企业内控标准的实施内容,总结主要创新点及可持续推广点,在竞争对手、标准主题、技术趋势、产品属性、用户需求方面提出标准复审及制修订的创新路径。打破金科玉律的陈规,更好地发挥企业标准的支撑引领作用,助力国家新型电力系统建设。Standard is an advanced form of innovation,and the revision of enterprise standards is one of the tasks of enterprise standardization activities.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the standards of power transmission and distribution enterprises from two aspects of similarities and differences.It introduces the implementation content of enterprise internal control standards for many user scenarios,summarizes the main innovation points and sustainable promotion points,and puts forward the innovation path of standards review and revision in terms of competitors,standard subjects,technology trends,product attributes,and user needs.It is expected to break the old rules,better play the supporting and leading role of enterprise standards,and support the construction of the national new power system.
