摘  要:汽车传动轴是车辆传动系统中的重要组成部分。传动轴主要负责将发动机产生的动力传递给车轮或者其他需要传输动力的机构,确保车辆能够顺畅行驶或者机构正常作业。在设计和制造过程中,传动轴的材料选择、结构设计和制造工艺都至关重要,它们决定了传动轴的强度、耐用性和性能。本文从汽车传动轴常见检测方法入手,对专用汽车传动轴存在一些常见的技术问题进行了分析研判,尽可能减少影响到传动轴的性能评估和车辆的整体安全性。The automobile transmission shaft is an important component of the vehicle transmission system.The transmission shaft transmits the power generated by the engine to the wheels or other mechanisms that need to transmit power,ensuring smooth driving of the vehicle or normal operation of the mechanisms.The material selection,structural design,and manufacturing process of the transmission shaft are crucial in the design and manufacturing process,as they determine the strength,durability,and performance of the transmission shaft.This paper starts with common detection methods for automotive transmission shafts and analyzes some common technical problems that exist in specialized automotive transmission shafts,in order to minimize the impact on the performance evaluation of transmission shafts and the overall safety of vehicles.
