摘 要:在当前阶段,针对矿用高压配电装置绝缘监视保护功能动作时间的测试方法,行业内尚缺乏明确和统一的标准。鉴于矿用高压配电装置在煤矿井下电力系统中的重要地位,以及其绝缘监视保护功能对于保障电力系统安全稳定运行的关键作用,对动作时间的准确测试显得尤为重要。然而,现有的测试方法往往存在操作复杂、结果不稳定等问题,难以满足实际工作的需要。针对这一现状,本文根据行业标准要求及绝缘监视保护的工作原理,提出了一种新的检验方式,并基于这一新的检验方式,进一步设计了专门的试验装置。该装置具有结构简单、操作方便等优点,能够实现对矿用高压配电装置绝缘监视保护功能动作时间的快速、准确测试,成功简化了矿用高压配电装置绝缘监视保护功能动作时间的检验流程,使得检验工作更加简单可行。At the current stage,there is still a lack of clear and unified standards in the industry for the test method of the operation time of the insulation monitoring and protection function of high-voltage power distribution devices for mining.In view of the important position of high-voltage power distribution devices in the underground power system of coal mines,and the key role of its insulation monitoring and protection function in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system,accurate testing of the operating time is particularly important.However,existing test methods often have problems such as complex operations and unstable results,which make it difficult to meet the needs of actual work.Therefore,according to the requirements of sectoral standards and the working principles of insulation monitoring and protection,the paper puts forward a new inspection method.Based on the method,a special test device is designed.The device has the advantages of simple structure and easy operation,and can realize rapid and accurate testing of the operating time of the insulation monitoring and protection function of high-voltage power distribution devices for mining.It can successfully simplify the inspection process of the operation time of the devices,making the inspection work more simple and feasible.
