摘　　要：本文介绍了QC小组定义、起源与发展及QC小组活动的特点,重点阐述我国制药行业QC小组活动开展情况、存在问题及发挥的作用,并基于行业特点对制药企业开展QC小组活动进行了展望。QC小组活动在制药企业必将焕发活力,发挥更大作用,并且其规范性和成果水平,将在各行业中取得领先地位。同时,QC小组活动与制药企业的质量管理体系将越发融合、互相促进。This paper introduces the definition,origin,and development of QC group,as well as the characteristics of QC group activities.It focuses on the status,problems,and role of QC group activities in China’s pharmaceutical industry,and points out the future directions of QC group activities carried out in pharmaceutical enterprises,based on industrial characteristics.The QC group activities will definitely thrive and play a more significant role in pharmaceutical enterprises,with their normalization and achievement levels leading the way in various industries.Meanwhile,QC group activities and the quality management system of pharmaceutical enterprises will further blend and promote each other.
